Amazing experience from the minute we walked in the door to be welcomed by Jerone to when we were signing and leaving. It was a seamless experience and would highly recommend Kia of Hermitage, Jerone specifically was amazing as was the rest of the staff.

Stopped by to test drive a new Kia and ended up buying it. Matt J was our salesman and he was honest and courteous and answered all our questions and got us a good deal. Very pleased with the experience of purchasing a car from him.

We visited Diehl Kia to look at a used Telluride. We were interested in possibly leasing too. Matt Jones did a great job explaining the lease process more thoroughly so we could decide if we wanted to buy or lease. He also listened to our wants and found the perfect vehicle for us. Everyone at the dealership was open and honest. They were very transparent from the sales through the financing. There weren’t any hidden fees or warranties snuck through in the finance paperwork. The protective coating is clearly presented as an additional charge if you want it applied, which is done that day while you’re finishing your purchase agreement. I would highly recommend Matt and the team at Kia. They were honest and have integrity. We will definitely return to Matt and Diehl Kia at the end of our lease.

Had a fantastic experience working with Geoff “Tank”. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting why I was looking for while doing my lease buyout. He never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to do and was extremely patient during the process that had a couple hiccups. Can’t say enough good things about him.

Kylin Hart was the sales consultant that greeted me as I walked in the door. I was there to look for a used car for my son-in-law. Kylin was very helpful and very friendly. Not only did he help me get a car for my son-in-law, but he also sold me on Trading in my current Kia and getting the one off the showroom floor. So he sold me two cars that day! I would highly recommend going to see him And the entire Diehl Kia staff, they were wonderful.
