Thursday i bought a 2021 Certified Pre owned KIA Sorento. I had an amazing time the entire sales staff was amazing. Finance was great and i will be buying my vehicles from Diehl For life.

We bought our car thru Ken Ganley in boardman Ohio two days ago. We got lied to, the run around and our salesman even left to take another person a car in the middle of selling us a car! We left with our car but frustrated bc we knew NOTHING about our new car. Feeling frustrated we stopped at diehl in hermitage and without hesitation Jerone Evans jumped in to teach us everything, even tho he wouldn't be making anything, and helped us and answered any questions we had. We plan on buying another Kia at the end of the year and you better believe we will be going to see Jerone and will be recommending him to all our friends and family! I can't say enough about this young man! I'm telling you, ask for him when you go in, you won't be sry! Never again will I go to Ken Ganley! They don't care about their customers at all! Only about making a sale!

Overall had a great experience as far as purchasing a car goes. This was my first Kia and my first time at this dealership. Kylin was super helpful and was able to get me the deal I was looking for. everyone was friendly and helpful. I was given a detour and had all my questions answered about my new car. I have no negative comments for this experience.
